The Bollenberg is the hill attached to the town of Orschwihr that surrounds the Zusslin Domaine, reputed for its energy and positive vibrations. One finds all the minerality of the limestone (which is found in the soils of the hill) which was favourable to this wine, bringing freshness and balance to this rich Gewürztraminer grape variety. Spices and citrus fruits emerge from this great off-dry wine.Pale yellow in hue, this exquisite composition offers a crisp freshness that dances on the palate. Floral notes entwine elegantly, evoking fragrant blossoms, while the exotic essence of lychee adds a luscious sweetness. Touches of honey whisper warmth, and a delicate hint of rose rounds out the experience with soft, romantic charm. This harmonious interplay of flavors creates a refreshing and enchanting sensory journey.
